Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

1. Overview
At GirlDad Creative, each item is made to order with care and precision. Because most of our products are customized or personalized, returns are generally not accepted. This policy explains our process for refunds, replacements, and shipping.
2. Customized Products – Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted once production has begun.

If an error is made by GirlDad Creative (such as incorrect engraving, printing, or product type), we will provide a replacement at no cost to the customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all personalization details (spelling, dates, logos, artwork) prior to order submission. GirlDad Creative is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
3. Artwork & Graphic Requirements

All artwork and graphics must meet our resolution standards for engraving or printing.

GirlDad Creative may modify artwork to improve print/engraving quality.

If artwork does not meet requirements, the customer may be asked to submit a higher-resolution file or alternate graphic.

If acceptable artwork cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued prior to production.
4. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship using Shopify’s integrated shipping or Pirate Ship, with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard shipping rates apply, and costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers may select expedited shipping for an additional fee.
5. Insurance & Fragile Items

Customers may choose to add shipping insurance at checkout.

Glassware and fragile items are automatically insured to protect your purchase.

GirlDad Creative is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, but we will assist customers in filing insurance claims with the carrier.
6. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 6-10 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description or if the product is not in stock and has to be specially ordered. GirlDad Creative will communicate delivery time at time of order if it beyond this normal delivery window.

Bulk or fundraising orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified of any extended timelines.
